Blow Molding Machine Plastic Bottle Mold Maker
blow molding is a process of manufacturing plastic to make and form hollow products (bottles) in the prison area which results from the extrusion process being developed in the mold by wind pressure.
The blow molding machine is widely used in making various plastic bottles such as mineral water bottles, and shampoo bottles that require the process to be done quickly. In the process of working, this machine involves heat to soften the plastic.

The blow molding machine consists of 3 types of processes. Namely:
Extrusion Blow Mold
This process is called a plastic material helper by dropping it from the extruder. The method that uses Extruder and blow is the simplest method in the blow mold process. This principle can be used for products that vary in size, shape, neck opening in the bottle, and the shape of the type of plastic handle used is HDPE, PVC, PP, PC, and PETG
This method can only be done if all products produced will be moved immediately and used because it will take up more space for the storage of the final product. Usually this type of production is also carried out by the filling process in one production line at a company that has regular and large production capacity
The stages of the process can be described as follows:
- First of all the plastic is removed from the extruder.
- then enter the blow mold with the hole guide
- then closed hole
- guide the hole to flow fluid (air) into the plastic in a melting state so that it is pressed into the mold
- print opens and results are returned
- this process continues until it is terminated
Injection blow Mold
Injection blow Mold is a process of forming plastic products by injecting it first for going to be plastic that will be blow (blow). In general, this machine is used for containers with relatively small sizes and there is absolutely no lever. Usually used for bottle production processes that have a screw formation on the neck.
The stages of the process can be described as follows
- First the plastic is in a state of melting
- then inject the ink in going
- plastic is transferred to the blowing mold
- air is blown so that the plastic expands and forms according to the shape of the mold
- print opens and results are returned
- this process continues until it is terminated
Stretch Blow Mold
Stretch Blow Mold is a stretching process until the desired size is achieved by considering the thickness of the plastic bag. This process is widely used for plastic with PET type, consisting of injection components, stretchers and blow
This is the stage of the process
- plastic in a melting state
- is then injected into the cavity in the form of going
- plastic is stretched to the dimensions used
- air is blown so that the plastic expands and sticks according to the shape of the mold
- print opens and results are returned
- this process continues until it is terminated
